Does a Lightbox Purchase come with a Rotating Display Stand?
No, the Rotating Display Stand is sold separately from the Lightbox.
When will the bundle be back in stock ?
Due to shipping complications with COVID, our rotating display stands and lightboxes are shipping from different warehouses. However, this doesn’t mean you can’t get all of the items in a bundle. Just order the rotating display stand and the large lightbox as separate items and you will receive them, just as if you ordered a bundle!
Something in my order is missing!
If you only received part of your order, please review your order information page, the link to this can be found in your order confirmation email. Some of your items may have shipped separately. There will be tracking information for each item on your order information page. If you still have an issue, please reached out to support at info@MacroFrame.com with your #MF Order Number.

Please make sure you are using either Chrome or Firefox, refresh the page, and try again. If that does not work, please try using an incognito window (Instructions to use an incognito window). If this does not solve your issue, please check with your credit card company as they may be blocking payment or try a different card. The most common issues are due to an expired card, exceeded credit limit, or authorization denial.
Can I pay with PayPal?
MacroFrame does not offer payment through PayPal, however, all of our credit card payments are processed through Shopify, one of the world’s largest and most secure Credit Card Processors.
